    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PromptDocker website and platform ("Service"), operated by PromptDocker ("we", "our", or "us"). By using PromptDocker, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.


    1. Use of the Service

    You must be at least 13 years old to use PromptDocker. By registering an account, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction.

    You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.


    2. Your Account

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

    You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.


    3. User Content

    You retain ownership of all prompts, data, and other content ("User Content") you create or upload to PromptDocker. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your User Content solely to provide the Service.

    You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your User Content.

    You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or that infringes on the rights of others.


    4. Intellectual Property

    All intellectual property related to the PromptDocker platform, including but not limited to software, branding, features, and design, is owned by PromptDocker or its licensors.

    You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or create derivative works from the platform unless expressly authorized in writing.


    5. Payment and Subscriptions

    Some features of the Service may require payment. If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your subscription.

    Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). PromptDocker does not store credit card information.

    Subscription plans will auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial periods.


    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
    • Use the Service to build a competing product
    • Share accounts or abuse trial/free tiers

    Violations may result in account suspension or termination.


    7. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to PromptDocker at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

    Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


    8. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.


    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptDocker and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

    Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.


    10. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


    11. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
